Initiate Your Request
Log into your Trainverse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
